Typically, VJAA's Technical & Aircraft Maintenance Training Faculty has signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in specialized training in Aircraft Maintenance with the Department of Mechanics, Electronics and Mechatronics at the College of Technology 2 (under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs)
By 2023, the College of Technology 2 has had 45 years of building and developing a training system including 5 departments, 08 Faculties, 7 Centers with a total of 121 officers, lecturers and employees; Of which more than 60% of lecturers have master's degrees or higher, the teaching staff all meet professional and pedagogical standards and are gradually improving to meet the standards of high-quality schools approaching the universities. regional and international countries.

Vietjet Aviation Academy is Vietjet's training and research facility equipped with 3 simulated cockpits (SIM), aircraft models, passenger cabins, engines, Olympic standard swimming pool, stadium... for training aviation staff including pilots, flight attendants , flight dispatchers, ground service staff, aircraft maintenance technician and commercial staff.
On the same day, VJAA's Board of Directors participated in the signing of a cooperation memorandum between VJAA and the Principal of College of Technology 2 (Education unit under the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs) in the presence of Vice Minister Le Tan Dung - The event marks a memorable milestone for the growth of Faculty of Technical & Aircraft Maintenance - VJAA along with the development in scale and training quality of Vietjet Aviation Academy.
