Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA) in collaboration with RMIT University organized the "Vietjet - RMIT Info Day"

On May 27th, Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA) in collaboration with RMIT University organized the "Vietjet - RMIT Info Day" enrollment consultation event. Attendees, including students, parents, and guests, had the opportunity to listen to insightful presentations.

Why is Vietjet Aviation Academy collaborating with RMIT University to organize the Vietjet - RMIT Info Day event?

Aviation is one of the fastest-growing industries today, with increasing demands for transporting goods and people. To meet these demands, airlines are actively seeking and training high-quality professionals to ensure safety and efficiency in their operations.

With over 80 years of experience in aviation and space training, RMIT University is one of the important strategic partners of VJAA in its mission to supply new qualified flight crews for Vietjet as well as for the aviation industry in Vietnam.

VJAA introduces the training path to become a First Officer at Vietjet from Zero experience in just 24 months for young people aged 18-35 whose passion to become a pilot at Vietjet. The Pilot Pre-Course Training Program is the first step of that journey.
 
After the Pilot Pre-course Training Program at Vietjet, students will be equipped with necessary skills and knowledge to prepare for the next pilot training journey at RMIT Aviation Academy in Melbourne for one year. In addition, students will also have the opportunity to study and receive a Bachelor's degree of Aviation Management at RMIT Vietnam which has the pathway to the pilot stream in RMIT Melbourne.

Attendees, including students, parents, and guests, had the opportunity to listen to insightful presentations. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, Chairman of Sovico Group and Vietjet Air Board Member, shared about the sustainable partnership between Sovico Group, Vietjet Aviation Academy, and RMIT University. Ms. Lea Vesic, Director of RMIT Aviation Academy, provided an overview of RMIT Flight Training, and Captain Hoang Sinh, Manager of Flight Crew Training Faculty at Vietjet Aviation Academy, shared insights about the pilot profession.
