Vietjet Aviation Academy Signed a Cooperation Agreement on Aviation Workforce Training
On the afternoon of June 19, 2024, the leaders of VJAA and DCoHT held a memorandum of understanding signing ceremony for vocational training in the aviation field.
According to the signed agreement, both parties will collaborate in training various aviation professions, including aircraft maintenance and technical personnel, staff for flight operations and dispatch; personnel for air traffic control and operation of aviation equipment and vehicles in restricted areas of airports; and ground handling staff.
Mr. Tran Huu Quoc, the director of VJAA, and Mr. Le Dinh Tham, the dean of DCoHT, believe that the two parties will successfully cooperate to improve the quality of training, equip trainees with high professional knowledge, and provide sufficient aviation human resources for the development of Vietjet and especially the Long Thanh International Airport project.
Vietjet Aviation Academy (VJAA) which is an Approved Training Organization by CAAV for training specific aviation staff, invested by Vietjet Air and equipped with top-notch facilities as well as high qualified instructor team in Vietnam and in the region for meeting the long-term, sustainable development plan of Vietjet in particular and the aviation industry in general. During the discussion, representatives of the two units exchanged different approaches to research training programs and seek for future cooperation opportunities in various training aspects.
