📈 Based on the multi-level training development orientation of Vietjet's leadership, Vietjet Aviation Academy has been working with Lilama 2 International Technology College on aviation-related training programs to promote cooperation and train human resources for the explosive demand for aviation personnel in the near future
The meanings of collaboration between Vietjet Aviation Academy and Lilama 2 International Technology College
In order to create job opportunities for the local youth in Dong Nai province in the Long Thanh Airport project, on 23rd March 2023 at the Lilama 2 campus, the leaders of both schools discussed and focused on some training objectives in some training fields.
🤝Collaborating with Lilama 2 College is an important step in Vietjet Aviation Academy's human resources training strategy. Vietjet Aviation Academy expects to have more opportunities for further cooperation to train and provide high-quality human resources for the aviation industry in Vietnam.

What aviation training programs that VJAA is offering
First of all Pilot Training Programsa professional pilot training program includes knowledge of flight techniques, aircraft control methods, aviation safety, crisis management skills, and other skills related to the pilot profession. Students will be able to become co-pilots within a training period of 24 months
Secondly Aircraft Maintenance Technician Training Programsa training program for aircraft maintenance technician, ensuring the safety of flights. The program includes basic knowledge of mechanics, electronics, aircraft, and other necessary skills to become an aircraft maintenance staff. Students will need to have language skills and technical knowledge to participate in aircraft maintenance training courses at VJAA.
Last but not least, Cabin Crew Training Programs with professional training content, ensuring safety and comfort for passengers. When participating in the training course, students will be equipped with flying safety skills, in-flight first aid skills, and customer service skills. In these subjects, students will practice on simulated passenger cabin models and other modern training equipment. Regarding flight safety, students will participate in water survival skill classes.
